Introduction
Guests are invited to experience a new dawn on clean energy sources, fueled by brand new innovations and the Dutch mentality of Common Ground - when we come together on a problem, anything is possible. The building, designed by RAU architects, symbolises a rising sun on a future powered by sustainable and regenerative resources.Using technology like infrared sensing, projection, lighting, and analog effects, we created a magical end-to-end experience that frames the challeges of climate change while creating a hopeful feeling for the future.
Process
My role on this project as experience designer was to work with the team to take the project from the concept phase through schematic, detailed design, and installation. I primarily focused on the Water Walls and Pledge Station’s experience design alongside directing the materiality and build supervision on site during the installation.Clients
