Erosion Radio
An experimental radio with an interface that patinas and intentionally erodes as you use it.

The erosion radio is an experiment in emotionally durable design; a more sustainable and durable approach to design in that objects take on the characteristics and qualities of its users.
The choice of wood and pattern of the clay is inspired directly from natural landscapes that are created through erosion by wind, water, or ice. In the same way hard ridges are smoothed by these natural forces to create something beautiful, this radio surface will smooth over time by the user’s touch.
